In 1960, brothers Warren J. and Nelson Gottier started delivering heat to their neighbors in Vernon. The van said "Warren J. Gottier Plumbing & Heating." The promise was simpler: show up, do it right, be there when the burner quits on the coldest night of the year.
Three generations later the company is still family-owned, still on West Main Street, still answering the phone at 2 a.m. The trucks got bigger and the oil got cleaner. The promise didn't change.

The Heating Service Plan is the thermostat schedule for your furnace itself: one annual tune-up, real parts coverage, and a discount when anything else comes up. The plan covers your equipment — heating oil is separate, billed per delivery at the day's price.
